1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by The Heal Bloom ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

The Heal Bloom provides online hypnotherapy sessions, wellness consulting, and digital audio products designed to support mental well-being. Services are provided "as is" and are subject to availability. Our services are not a substitute for medical or psychiatric treatment.

3. Payment and Billing

  • Pricing: All prices are listed in USD, EUR, or INR as specified at checkout.
  • Taxes: As a startup below the GST threshold in India, we do not currently charge GST. However, international customers are responsible for any local taxes or duties applicable in their jurisdiction.
  • Payment Processors: Payments are processed through secure third-party gateways (e.g., Razorpay, Payoneer, Stripe). We do not store your credit card details.

4. Refund and Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations: Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a session. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment may be subject to a fee or forfeiture of the session.
  • Refunds: Refunds are processed on a case-by-case basis. If a service (such as a 1:1 session) is not delivered due to a fault on our part, a full refund will be issued within 7-10 business days. Digital products (MP3s, PDFs) are non-refundable once downloaded.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logos ("The Heal Bloom"), text, graphics, and audio files, is the property of The Heal Bloom and protected by international copyright laws. Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Heal Bloom shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or reliance on any information provided.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.
